Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made through Fresh-Truffles.com, operated by Mushroom Bulgaria Limited, registered in Bulgaria.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

Our products consist of fresh, perishable truffles.

Due to their natural origin:

• product appearance, size, shape, and color may vary
• slight variations do not constitute defects

All products are shipped fresh and handled with appropriate care.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

We reserve the right to:

• refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion
• limit quantities
• cancel orders due to pricing or stock errors

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and exclude any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import charges.

Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation.

Accepted payment methods include secure credit and debit card payments via SSL-encrypted systems.

Minimum order value: €10.00

Goods remain the property of Fresh-Truffles.com until full payment is received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

All shipments are made via DHL Express from Bulgaria.

Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

• delays caused by courier services
• customs or regulatory authorities
• force majeure events

Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch of the shipment.

6. Customs and Import Responsibility

For deliveries outside the European Union:

• The customer acts as the Importer of Record
• The customer is fully responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, and compliance with local laws

We bear no responsibility for delays, fees, or actions taken by customs authorities.

7. Perishable Goods Disclaimer

Fresh truffles are highly perishable products.

While we use temperature-controlled packaging and express delivery:

• we do not guarantee product condition if delays occur outside our control
• we are not liable for spoilage caused by customs delays or carrier disruptions

By placing an order, the customer accepts the risks associated with international shipment of perishable goods.

8. Returns Policy

Due to the highly perishable nature of our products, returns are strictly limited.

Returns may only be accepted under the following conditions:

• The customer notifies us within 12 hours of delivery
• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
• The issue is supported with photographic evidence

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of returned goods.

• Items that are used, damaged, or deteriorated may be subject to partial refunds or refusal
• Refunds are processed within 24–72 hours after receipt and inspection
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fresh-Truffles.com shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages
• delays caused by third parties
• spoilage due to factors beyond our control
• customs-related issues or import restrictions

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased goods.

11. Product Presentation

Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

Actual products may differ due to natural variation and display settings.

12. Data Protection

Customer data is processed solely for order fulfillment and legal compliance.

We do not share personal data with third parties except where necessary for:

• delivery services
• payment processing
• legal obligations

Customers may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• natural disasters
• transport disruptions
• regulatory actions
• pandemics or governmental restrictions

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bulgaria.
