Shipping, Delivery & Import Policy

1. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via DHL Express from Bulgaria (European Union).
We offer international delivery within the European Union and to selected worldwide destinations.

2. Shipping Fees

A flat shipping rate of 30 EUR applies to all orders, regardless of quantity, weight, or destination.
All shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours following confirmation of payment.
Orders are dispatched on business days only (Monday to Friday).

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • European Union: 1–2 business days
  • International (Non-EU): 2–3 business days

All delivery timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Responsibility

5.1 European Union

As all shipments originate from within the European Union, deliveries within the EU are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.

5.2 Non-European Union Shipments

For shipments delivered outside the European Union, including but not limited to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom:

  • The recipient is designated as the Importer of Record
  • The recipient assumes full responsibility for all import procedures, including but not limited to:
    • customs clearance
    • payment of duties, taxes, and administrative fees
    • compliance with local laws and regulations

We bear no responsibility for any customs-related delays, charges, or regulatory actions imposed by authorities in the destination country.

5.3 Regulatory Compliance (Food Products)

Our products are classified as food items and may be subject to inspection, approval, or regulatory requirements by authorities in the destination country, including but not limited to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Certain jurisdictions may require pre-import notifications (e.g. FDA Prior Notice), permits, or additional documentation.
The responsibility for ensuring compliance with such requirements rests solely with the recipient.

6. Perishable Goods Disclaimer

Fresh truffles are highly perishable agricultural products.

While all shipments are prepared using appropriate temperature-controlled packaging and expedited courier services, we do not guarantee product condition in the event of:

  • customs delays
  • regulatory inspections
  • carrier disruptions
  • or any circumstances beyond our control

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with the international shipment of perishable goods.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for:

  • delays in delivery caused by third parties (including customs authorities and carriers)
  • spoilage or deterioration of goods resulting from delays outside our control
  • additional costs incurred during importation
  • confiscation, rejection, or destruction of goods by authorities

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the purchased goods.

8. Returns & Claims

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

In the event of damaged or incorrect delivery, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of receipt and provide supporting photographic evidence.
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they:

  • understand and accept all shipping, customs, and regulatory conditions outlined above
  • agree to assume full responsibility for import compliance in their country
  • acknowledge the risks associated with shipping perishable goods internationally
