Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via DHL Express.
We ship internationally within Europe and worldwide.

Shipping Cost

We offer flat rate shipping for all orders.

Shipping cost: 30 EUR per order, regardless of the number of products purchased or the total order weight.
The shipping price does not change based on quantity.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time:

• Europe: 1–2 business days

• Worldwide: 2–3 business days

Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday).

Special Product Handling

We sell fresh, perishable truffles.
All truffles are harvested, carefully selected, and packed immediately before shipment to preserve freshness and aroma.

Packages are clearly marked as perishable and handled accordingly during transport.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fresh truffles, returns are not accepted, unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photos of the product and packaging.
Each case is reviewed individually.
